An exciting new national registered charity Plasticseize has been launched by three Droxford men - Peter  Moore (Founder), Michael Profit and Nigel Butler (Trustees)  The aim is to gather floating plastic from seas, oceans and river mouths before it becomes too small to collect.  To do this, they will purchase a second hand ship with 2 workboats.  The workboats take out floating netting either side of the main ship, capturing and bringing plastic back on board.  The plastic is screened with any marine life being returned to the sea.  Then it will go into a pyrolysis machine which heats the plastic without oxygen, turning it back into diesel fuel.

To find out more, the charity is on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn - have a look, follow, like, and tell your family and friends to help increase awareness.  If you are able to, please donate.

This is safe and easy via the website or Facebook
